During Green Week, Coventry University reaffirmed its commitment to its Sustainable Investment Policy in accordance with the mission, vision and values of the university.
To this end, the Faculty of Business and Law hosted an ethical investment presentation open to all students. Four investment managers, who Coventry University holds investments with, (from Barclays, Liontrust, Newton and RLAM) each gave a 10 minute presentation on their organisations ethical investment strategy, before taking part in a facilitated Q&A session.
This provided Coventry University students the opportunity to:
- Learn how sustainable investment can benefit an organisation.
- The approaches businesses take towards this policy.
- Further their knowledge of ethical investment within Coventry University.
- Ask any questions they might have surrounding the topic.
